Merit Badge College

This event is on two separate Saturdays and nothing between those dates. Classes may be for both Saturdays and some classes may be for only one of those Saturdays.
Please read the leader guide before registering for this event. It has important information regarding registration and requirements for merit badges as well as the event. Scout registrations must have at least one leader or parent on-site during the event. Each troop is responsible for registering one adult to be responsible for participants and paperwork at the event.
Each Scout Unit/Group REQUIRES a minimum of one adult to also register and remain at the merit badge college. In case of an emergency, we will not have access to a PA system and will need to find you quickly. For this reason, each adult responsible for the group MUST be in the location they are assigned. This is for the safety of your Scouts. We can provide the merit badge counselors, but need adult assistance with 2-deep and would appreciate the help.
EVERY INDIVIDUAL who comes to the merit badge college (Scouts as well as adults) are REQUIRED to show their BSA Part AB medical forms at the beginning of each day. To make this process easily flow, the adult responsible for the group will present all the medical forms for review.
CHANGE THIS YEAR – Registration WILL NOT include lunch this year. Participants will have the option during registration to choose to either pack their lunch or register for a hot lunch. Attendees will have the option to add $10 per day for a meal (can choose the $10 option for 2/15, the $10 option for 2/22, or both). There will be two meal options each day: chicken sandwich or chicken tenders (from Chick-fil-A) along with chips and a drink. Add these via the product section when checking out. Refer to the images further down on this page for instructions.
We will accept 20 volunteers. They will not be charged a fee if they volunteer; however, they must remain the entire time and attend both days.
